摘要 本文报导2-硝基肉桂酸、3-硝基肉桂酸、4-硝基肉桂酸及其衍生物酸氯、甲酯、乙酯、酰胺的合成和它们的质谱及红外光谱特征。产物经熔点和MS与IR谱分析证实了结构。MS分析表明,2-硝基肉桂酸及其衍生物均无分子离子峰,而给出m/z176的碎片离子峰.这可能是因为硝基邻位效应的影响,使得分子脱去X(X=OH、Cl、OMe、OEt、NH2)而形成了一个较稳定的分子内七员环结构。IR谱分析表明,在对硝基肉桂酸和对硝基肉桂酰胺中存在着较强的分子间缔合作用。 In this paper,the synthesis and mass spectral and infrared spectroscopic properties of the following compounds are reported. These compounds are 2-nitro cinnamic .acid, 3-nitro cinnamic acid, 4 -nitro cinnamic and their derivatives,acyl chlorides,methyl esters,ethyl esters and amides. The melting point,MS and IR spectroscopy are employed to identify the products. The MS data show that 2 -nitro cinnamic acid and its derivatives do not give rise to molecule ions, but m/z176 ion instead. The above result should be attributed to an ortho effect of nitro which forms a more stable intramolecular seven-membered ring structure by eliminating X (X=OH,Cl, OMe, OEt, NH2 ) from 2 - nitro cinnamic acid and its derivatives. The IR data show that there are stronger intermolecular hydrogen bond in 4-nitro cinnamic acid and its amide.
