跨流域调水对生态环境的影响巨大而复杂,建立合理有效的综合评价指标体系是跨流域调水对生态环境影响综合评价的基础。其综合评价的对象是自然社会经济复合生态环境系统,文中将其划分为调水沿线生态环境、调水周边生态环境和社会经济生态环境3个子系统,建立了具有总目标层、子目标层、准则层和指标层的跨流域调水对生态环境影响综合评价指标体系。

The effect of interregional water transfer on ecological environment is large and complex.Rational and effective comprehensive evaluation indexing system is the basis of evaluation of effect of interregional water transfer on ecological environment.The evaluation object is nature—society—economy system.In this paper,the system is divided into 3 sub-systems,that is,ecological environment along the water transfer line,ecological environment around the water transfer project and socioeconomic ecological environment.A comprehensive evaluation indexing system of effect of interregional water transfer on ecological environment with the overall objective layer,the sub-objective layer,the rule layer as well as index layer is established.
