摘要
本文首次报道了芳纶Ⅱ-4型纤维一步法成形的新工艺。研究结果表明:采用张力销后,纤维的模量可提高30~50,且纤维的强度也略有提高,优于以往采用的张力热处理的方法。施加张力销后,使纺丝张力增加,从而改善了纤维力学性能,并存在一个最佳位置。该位置随分子量的大小及纺丝速度而变。此外,随纺丝速度增加及聚合物分子量增大,也可以提高纤维的模量,这些都是具有很高实用价值的手段。
The results of study are reported on a new process of dry-jet wet-spinning of PPTA fibre in one step. it is shown that fibre modulus can be increased from 30% to 50% by using a Set of snubbing pins, and the fibre strength is also increased slightly. Therefore, this techno- nology is superior to the tensioned heat treatment, The take-up tension is increased by using a set of snubbing pins so that mechanical properties of PPTA fibre are improved. Meanwhile, there is a best position changing with macromolecular weight of PPTA and take-up velo- city. The fibre modulus is also increased with the increase of take-up velocity and macro- molecular weight of polymer. All these variation relations have practical application value.
