摘要
从长三角跨界水事纠纷现状出发,以跨界水事纠纷协商个案分析为基础,归纳长三角跨界水事纠纷协商存在的问题及其原因,提出完善协商的相关法律、建立跨界区域协作、科学划分事权和建立跨界水资源管理协商支撑机制等相应的对策。
With regard to the status in quo of interregional water affair conflicts in the Yangtze River Delta and on the basis of negotiation cases,the existing problems and causes are summarized.Some countermeasures are put forward: the improvement of relative laws,the establishment of interregional cooperation,the scientific division of water affairs and the establishment of negotiation supporting mechanism of interregional water resources management.
