Visual Estimate of Yarn Spinning Tension

本文从古典张力理论提出了通过目测气圖最大半径处的高度来估量纺纱张力的实用方法。同时提出降低大小纱断头的措施。

Based on classical yarn spinning tension theory, in this paper a proposal is put forward regarding a practical method of determining the yarn spinning tension through visual esti- mate of the position, where the spinning balloon loop has maximum radius. Some measures are also proposed for lowering the end breakage on ring frames during cop bottom building and full cop winding.
