OsteoSet骨移植替代品修复骨肿瘤性骨缺损的临床观察(附22例报告)

The effect of OsteoSet in repairing bone defects due to tumor:a report of 22 cases

目的：观察OsteoSet骨移植替代品修复骨肿瘤性骨缺损的临床疗效。方法：2004年至2006年采用OsteoSet骨移植替代品修复22例骨肿瘤性骨缺损患者，术后定期复查X成片，观察及分析其临床疗效。结果：随访6-9个月，所有患者Osteo-Set骨移植替代品吸收良好，没有出现不良反应，骨缺损充填良好；患者功能恢复良好，其中1例患者发生骨折。结论：OsteoSet骨移植替代品自然吸收率与新骨生长率基本一致，是一种理想的骨缺损充填材料。

Objective To evaluate the effect of OsteoSet in repairing bone defects due to tumor. Method 22 cases of bone defects due to tumor were treated with OsteoSet from 2004 to 2006 and all reexamined X - ray regularly later operation. Results The mean follow -up period was 7.23 months （ average 6 - 9 months）. The reconstruction of bone defect was excellent and no graft - related complications occurred. All patients were satisfied with the results, only one of them fractured at the 4th month. Conclusion The advantage of OstcoSet is that the natural absorption rate is in accordance with the new- born bone growth rate.
