食管、贲门癌术后胸内吻合口瘘诊断及治疗探讨

Study on diagnosis and treatment of postoperative endothoracic anastomotic fistula in patients with esophageal and gastric cardial carcinoma

目的：探讨食管、贲门癌术后胸内吻合口瘘的治疗方法。方法：对9例食管、贲门癌术后5年内吻合口瘘病人采用积极的综合治疗并进行回顾性分析。结果：9例患者均痊愈出院，无1人死亡。结论：食管、贲门癌术后胸内吻合口瘘多发生在术后3～13d，病情多较危重，及时发现并妥善处理包括积极手术介入可明显缩短病程，显著降低吻合口瘘的死亡率。

Objective To study the treatment of postoperative endothoracic anastomotic fistula in patients with esophageal and gastric cardial carcinoma. Method Energetic combined therapy and retrospective analysis were done on 9 patients with postoperative endothoraclc anastomotic fistula 5 years after operation. Results All the patients were cured and no one died. Conclusion Most endothoracic anastomotic fistula happens 3 - 13 days after esophagogastrostomy with critical conditions, timely diagnosis and proper treatment including operation can shorten the disease course and greatly decrease the mortality.
