镁对充血性心力衰竭患者血浆脑钠肽水平及心功能的影响

摘要 目的:分析镁对充血性心力衰竭病人血浆脑钠肽水平和心功能的影响。方法:选择慢性充血性心力衰竭患者60例,随机分为常规抗心衰组30例和氯化镁组30例。常规抗心衰组,应用常规抗心衰药物治疗,即血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、利尿剂、洋地黄制剂、β受体阻制剂。后者在常规抗心衰治疗基础上加用氯化镁。每个疗程28d。正常对照组为健康者30例。所有患者治疗前后测血浆脑钠肽浓度及血清镁浓度。结果:经治疗后氯化镁组心衰疗效优于常规抗心衰组,血浆脑钠肽下降率大于常规抗心衰组,血清镁浓度高于常规抗心衰组。结论:镁离子能显著改善心功能,同时能显著降低血浆脑钠肽的浓度。 Objective To analyze the influence of magnesium on plasmic brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) level and cardiac function in patients with congestive heart failure (CHF). Method 60 patients with CHF were randomly divided into the anti -CHF group (n = 30) and the magnesium group (n = 30). The patients in the anti - CHF group were treated with routine anti - heart failure drugs (ACE inhibitor, diuretic, digitalis and Beta - block), and the patients in the latter group were treated with magnesium on the basis of above regular treatments. Each group received treatment of 28 days. In addition, 30 sex -and age- matched healthy individuals served as controls. All the patients were detected the concentrations of BNP and magnesium before and after treatment. Results In the magnesium group, the treatment effect of heart failure is more excellent, the descendent rate of BNP and the concentration of magnesium in plasma are higher than that in the anti - CHF group. Conclusion Magnesium ion can improve cardiac function and lower the plasmic content of BNP obviously.
