变温介电参数测量系统研制

Development of a Dielectric Property Measuring System at Different Temperatures

介绍自行研制的变温介电参数测量系统。对该系统的组成、测量方法作了详细说明，并给出应用实例。整个系统由计算机控制，采用双通道锁相放大技术，使测量结果更加精确可靠。利用该测量系统，可以同时得到介电常数、介质损耗与温度的关系，将有助于热释电材料研究。

A simple temperature measurement device has developed and the testing of dielectricproperty versus temperatures was made with it. The operation of the device is controlled by acomputer. Dual lock-in amplifier technique is used to insure the reliability of the data collectedDielectric coefficient and loss of the material versus temperatare can be obtained at the same time,which is beneficial to the research of pyroelectric materials.
