和谐社会的思维内涵

On the Thinking Connotation of Harmonious Society

和谐社会是一个与时俱进的概念,这个概念的提出展示了新时期我国新的政府理念和政治思维。这一新的政治思维的出发点和归宿,即建设和谐社会的唯一目的就是为了现代社会的每一个具体的公民的幸福和自由。为了保证这一目的的普遍和真实实现也即为了任何一个平等公民同样的追求,必须建立一个公平正义的社会,而要想建立这个公平正义的社会,就必须也只有依靠民主法制的实施程序。在具体层面上即和谐社会的广度上,建设这样一个社会不仅要有政治、经济、文化等社会结构要素方面内部和谐及这些要素之间的和谐,也同样需要人与自然的高度和谐,即达到全面和谐状态。

Harmonious Society is a conception keeping pace with the times and it shows great courage of reforming politics on the new thinking. The only basic point or purpose of this thinking is the rights, happiness and freedom of every citizen in the modern society. For this purpose, it is obviously necessary to building a harmonious society which depends on the democracy and the law. On scope, the harmonious society not only consists of the harmony of the politics, the economy and the culture, but also does the harmony of the man and the nature. Insides of these social essential factors must be harmonious, at the same time, there must be harmonious between any two essential factors, that is the whole harmony.
