循环经济作为一种全新的经济发展模式,在我国越来越得到更多人的接受,但由于是新生事物,其内涵、特征、理论体系尚不清晰。本文就“循环经济”已经或可能出现的几个误区与不足进行探讨,指出我国循环经济发展面临的问题,并对发展我国循环经济的策略进行了深入分析和探讨。

To be a new economic development mode, circular economy is accepted by more and more people in our country, but as a new thing, its intension, characteristic and theoretical system are not clearly enough. This text first discusses the mistaken ideas of ＂ circular economy ＂ that already or might appeared in our country, and points out the problem that faced in development of circular economy in our country, finally points out the countermeasures and suggestions of developing circular economy in our country.
