复方庆大霉素滴耳液的制备及临床应用

Preparation and Clinical Application of Compound Gentamycin Sulfate Ear Drops

目的 制备复方庆大霉素滴耳液，并观察其临床疗效。方法 以抗生素微生物检定法测定硫酸庆大霉素的效价，异烟肼法测定地塞米松磷酸钠的含量，并对146例患者进行，临床观察。结果 地塞米松磷酸钠平均回收率99．76％，RSD为1．16％，治疗总有效率91．8％。结论 复方庆大霉素滴耳液质量可控，疗效确切。

Objective To prepare compound Gentamycin Sulfate Ear Drops and investigate it＇s clinical curative effect. Method To test the titer evaluation of Gentamycin Sulfate by microbiological assay of antibiotics, the content of Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate by isoniazid colorimetry, and investigate it＇s clinical curative effect by 146 patients. Results The average recovery of Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate was 99.76%, RSD was 1.16%, and effective rate of treatment was 91.8%. Conclusion Compound Gentamycin Sulfate Ear Drops was under quality control, and effective for treatment.
