摘要
目的 探讨健康教育对糖尿病患者疾病认识及健康行为建立的影响。方法 对92例住院糖尿病患者进行糖尿病相关知识的健康教育培训,测试患者疾病知识认知水平及自我管理能力。结果 患者接受教育后,疾病知识评分和知识内容知晓率明显提高,与教育前比较差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。结论 健康教育是提高糖尿病患者对疾病的认知能力及建立健康行为模式的主要途径。
Objective To observe the influence of health education to form the DM(diabetes mellitus) patients' cognition and healthful action. Methods 92 cases of the DM patients in haspital were educated and trained with the related knowledge of DM ,and to determine and test the patients'level of cognition and the ability of restraining themselves. Results After being educated and trained, in the end, the testing score of related knowledge and ratio of knowing the facts of DM diseases were better than before being educated and trained; and that difference is remarkable(P〈0. 05). Conclusion Health education would be mainly method to improve DM patients' cognition and form healthful usual practice.
