摘要
目的观察先天性白内障吸除联合后房人工晶状体植入术后视功能变化。方法对27例(46只眼)先天性白内障行白内障吸除联合人工晶状体植入术,分为双眼组(19例)和单眼组(8例),观察术后眼轴、眼屈光力,最佳矫正远视力(BcDVA)和最佳矫正近视力(BCNVA)。结果全部27例患者平均手术年龄为(5.8±3.8)岁,眼轴平均长(22.92±2.05)mm,术后等效屈光度平均为(-0.40±1.13)D。术后BCDVA≥0.3共35眼(76%),BCNVA≥0.3共32眼(7O%)。结论先天性白内障人工晶状体植入术后可恢复良好视功能。
Objective To observe the binocular function of children after congenital cataract extraction and intraocular lens(IOL) implantation. Methods 27 children (46 eyes) were included in this study: 19 children with bilateral congenital cataract and 8 children with unilateral congenital cataract. Ocular axis, mean spherical equivalent , best corrected distance vision acuity(BCDVA) and best corrected near vision acuity (BCNVA) were recorded. Results Age of surgery was (5.8±3.8) years, ocular axis was (22.92 ±2.05)mm, equivallant refraction power was (-0.40± 1.13)D. BCDVA and BCNVA was 0.3 or better in 76% and 70% eyes respectively. Conclusion 6ood vision function could be achieved in congenital cataract patients after IOL implantation.
