摘要
本文研究双波长薄层扫描法,λs=530nm,λg=700nm,测量复方北芪口服液中黄芪甲苷含量的测定方法。结果表明该法操作简便,结果准确,黄芪甲苷在1.01~5.05mg线性关系良好,回归方程Y=155.67+724.58X,r=0.9990。
To establish a method for the determination of astragaloside A in fufangbeiqi Oral liquid by TLC-scanning. The silica gel G thin board was used. Developer was chloroform-methyl alcohol-water (13: 7: 2). The bottom layer liquid was placed to stay overnight in refrigerator, spraying with 10% sulfuric-ethanol acid, at 105℃ heating to the spot to show a color clear. The plate was scanned with the condition of λs=530 nm, λg=100 nm zigzagly by means of double wave - length reflection. Linear range was 1. 01-5.05mg, r=0. 9990. The method is simple, accurate. It can be used for the quality of the product.
