摘要
采用防水型加速度计,在不同工况下测定洗涤冷却管的振动信号,并用小波变换分析信号;讨论了表观气速和静态液位对小波功率谱的影响,分析了冷却管振动的原因。信号的功率谱指数分析表明,静态液位对振动能量的影响存在于3个区间,分别为0.35~0.69、0.69~1.30和1.30~1.69,其中以区间0.69~1.30的能量最大。
Vibration signals of scrubhing-cooling tube are measured under different conditions with waterproof accelerometer and analyzed with wavelet transformation. The effect of superficial gas velocity and static water height on the wavelet power spectrum is discussed and the vibration mechanism of the tube is analyzed. The power spectrum exponent analysis indicates that there are three different intervals where the static water heights have the effect on vibration energy. They are as follows : 0. 35 - 0. 69, 0. 69 - 1.30, 1.30 - 1.69. The highest vibration energy is appeared in the second interval.
