摘要
本文阐述了光学扫描器的设计步骤和方法。为了正确地取得纺织图样上象素的R、G、B信息,根据色度学的原理,本文提出了整个系统的设计依据——系统的R、G、B三个探测器各自的相对光谱灵敏度必须与正常人眼的三刺激值相吻合,给出了设计计算公式。并详细介绍了作者研制的光学扫描器的结构与实际应用情况。最后还分析了当前一些光学扫描器所存在的缺陷。
In this paper, the procedure and method of design are described fora optical scanner.
Based on colorimetry, the system design principle, that the respective relative spectral sensi-
tivities of R. G. and B probes must match the tristmulus value of normal human eyes and its
calculating formulas, is presented to correctly obtain the signals of R. G. and B of image
element from the textile patterns. The structure of the scanner and its practical application
are detailed here, and finally, some problems and faults in currently used optical scanners
are analysed.
