求实、求新、求活、求乐──改进中学体育课教学的思考

优化中学体育课的教学，不断提高中学体育课的教学质量和效益，是当前一个需要不断探索和研究的既有现实意义又有实用价值的课题。提高中学体育课教学质量必须紧紧抓住一个“实”字，教风踏实、教学扎实，围绕一个“新”字，常教常新，新中有实，不忘一个“活”字，教法灵活，活中有乐，追求一个“乐”字，动中有乐，充满乐趣，从而激发学生兴趣，学生兴趣浓厚，练习的积极性就高，就能真正达到实的目的，所以要善于在“乐”上做文章，从“新”上下功夫，在“活”上用力气，使“乐”从“活”来，“活”从“新”来，互相作用，相得益彰，从而切实提高中学体育课教学的质量和效益。

To refine the teaching of physical edueation lessen in the middle schools and to raise theteaching quality and effects are a research project,which currently both needs for further investigatingand studying and possesses the realistic significancy and practical values.To raise the teaching qualityof physieal education in the middle schools and to inspir the students' enthusiasm for exercises,we musttighyly grasp a word“Real”,that is,the dependable teaching-style and the solid teaching-learning,always centre on a word“New”,the new teaching methods and contents,never forget a word“Lively”,the lively teaching patterns,and continuously pursue a word “Recreative”,the fulling-in-recreative teaching.The students' enthuslasm is raised and we can achieve the teaching goal.Therefore,we should be goed at making paper on“Recreative”,work hard for “New”,make a greateffort on “Lively”,in these ways, for having“Recreative” come from “lively”,and“Lively”from“New”,and for really raising the teaching quality and the effects of physical education in the middleschools.
