摘要
为了研究阳离子染料可染涤纶的碱水解反应规律,对95℃碱液处理前后纤维的物理形态和超分子结构的变化,采用多种现代化的实验方法与仪器进行了研究,找出了它与普通涤纶纤维的明显差异。同时,找出适用于阳离子染料可染改性涤纶的碱减量方法,该方法包括控制水解,保护织物的强力,并能显著改善织物的手感与外貌。
An attempt is made to study the changes in morphological and supermolecular structure
as well as mechanical properties and dyeability of cation-dyeable polyester fibres (CDP &
ECDP) befroe and after alkali treatment with NaOH solution at 95℃. For this purpose are
used modern experimental methods and apparatus, and signifficant differences are found
between the treated fibres and ordinary PET fibres in the variety regularity. Moreever,
the alkali-deweighting methods suitable for cation dyeable polyester fibres are found,
including the control of hydrolysis, protection of strength and improvment of the handle and
appearance of the fabrics.
