脑胶质瘤血脑屏障超微结构及其CT对照研究 被引量:1

CT-ultrastructural Correlative Study of Blood-Brain-Barrier of Brain Gliomas

摘要 应用透射电镜对22例脑胶质瘤及其水肿带、正常脑组织的血脑屏障(BBB)超微结构进行观察,与病人颅脑CT图象作对照研究。结果表明,瘤体及其瘤周水肿带的BBB均有不同程度的异常改变,表现为毛细血管内皮细胞肿胀,紧密联接变宽,基膜厚薄不均,质膜局部缺损。病灶区CT平扫显示低密度,增强扫描呈不同程度增强,对照观察,BBB变化越异常,这一CT特征越明显。 An ultrastructural study of blood brain barrier (BBB) of gliomas (18 astrocytomas, 2 oligodendrogliomas, and 2 medulloblastomas) was observed by transmission electron microscope (TEM), by comparing analysis of BBB during tumor, hydropic area and normal brain tissues in those specimens were performed and correlative study showing on CT scan. The results suggest that BBB of tumor and hydropic area tissues had been abnormal in different degree capillaries showing swelling endothelium, with the tight junction expanded and irregular basement membrane, and the local glia membrane was incompleted,low-density area seen on nonenhanced CT scan was strengthened in different degree on enhanced CT scan, correlative study demonstrated the characteristics was more marked as BBB was more abnormal. This study was hopeful for treatment of gliomas.
