胆管黏液细胞腺癌的MSCT诊断

Diagnosis of grumeadenocarcinoma in biliary duct by MSCT

目的探讨胆管黏液腺癌的多层螺旋CT(MSCT)表现,以提高对胆管黏液腺癌的术前诊断水断。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的胆管黏液细胞腺癌的CT资料,运用图像后处理技术,显示胆管黏液腺癌病理改变的CT征象。结果胆管黏液细胞腺癌的MSCT影像特征:1.囊性肿块,囊壁、间隔厚薄不均匀,壁结节或乳头状突起,可伴有钙化;2.薄层+多平面重建(MPVR)显示囊内间隔不完整,多房囊腔相互通连并在肝门部与胆管相通,胆总管黏液性阻塞和肝内外胆管扩张。结论MSCT可提供更多的影像信息,结合临床可在术前提出胆管黏液腺癌的诊断。

Objective To evaluate Multi - slice spiral CT （MSCT） features of grumeadeno carcinoma in biliary duct. Methods CT features of grumeadeno carcinoma in biliary duct proved by pathology were retrospectively analysed and showed by the technique of dealing picture. Results The CT features of grumeadenocarcinoma in biliary duct appeared that there were cystic tumor,the cystic wall,and interval were irregular,there were nodes in cystic wall and calcifying. The MPVR appeared that the interval in antrum was not full, multilocular antrums opened each other and communicated with biliary duct, the common biliary duct were blocked by grume and the biliary duct out liver was dilated. Conclusion MSCT can appear the features of grumeadenocarcinoma in biliary duct.
