妊娠期糖尿病对母婴的影响

Study on the effect of gestational diabetes mellitus to mother and infant

目的研究妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)有效控制血糖,减少母婴并发症的发生。方法回顾分析2000年1月至2003年12月期间的GDM患者20例及健康孕妇50例妊娠结果。结果GDM组中病理妊娠的发生率55%,围生儿并发症的发生率为45%,手术产率60%,对照组病理妊娠的发生率12%,围生儿并发症的发生率10%,手术产率18%。GDM组母婴并发症的发生率明显高于正常孕妇。结论早期诊断GDM及控制血糖是减少母婴并发症的关键。

Objective To study the effect of gestation diabetes mellitus （GDM） on mother and her infant. Methods Twenty women with GDM and fifty nondiabetic pregnant women were investigated from January 2000 to December 2003. The effect of GDM on mother and infant was analysed with comparison to the control group. Results In GDM group, the incidence of pathologic gestation, infant disense, cesarean section were 55%, 45% and 60%, respectively, control group, the which were 12% , 10% and 18%, respectively. The incidences of complications in diabetic pregnant mother and infant were higher than those in healthy pregnant mother and infant. Conclusion Early diagnosis of GDM plays a key role in the reduction of complieatious of diabetic mother and infant.
