摘要
为了使企业能更好地把握核心能力的内涵,将核心能力看做是企业在长期发展过程中形成的能力元集合。利用层次结构分析法,将核心能力分解为知识核心能力、文化核心能力、组织核心能力和战略执行能力四个基本元素及八个次级核心能力元,从而构建了四要素—双层次核心能力结构模型。并以此为基础,结合普拉哈拉德和哈默(1990年)关于核心能力基本概念,从企业内部与外部、定性与定量等角度,构建了核心能力识别与测度方法。
In order to grasp the denotation of Core Competence(CC) better, the paper regards CC as ability source convergence that enterprises have formed in the long - term development. By hierarchical structure analysis, CC is divided into four basic factors which consist of knowledge CC, cultural CC, organizational CC and strategic implementation CC, and eight sub - CC factors, thus constructing a four factors - double levels CC structure model. Based on this model, combined with the basic concepts of CC by C · K· Prahalad & Garry Hamel ( 1990), CC identification and measurement model is established from aspects of enterprise interior and exterior, as well as quality and quantity, to provide a new method for enterprise CC identification.
