中国东北地区与日本、韩国邻近,是一个重要的开放地区,进出口贸易量很大。发挥东北地区优越的地缘优势,进一步促进东北亚各国的物流通道,使东北地区成为承接国际物流转移的重要枢纽,加强与日、韩等国在物流领域的合作,在振兴东北经济的发展中具有举足轻重的作用。东北区域物流业的发展,是振兴老东北工业基地的关键所在,也是东北地区经济走向世界的重要步骤。

How to attract the foreign capital and technology in Japan and Korea, and reinforce the cooperation in logistic field among the three, that plays an important role in rejuvenating the development of Northeast Economy. The development of the regional logistics in Northeast is the key to rejuvenate old industrial bases in Northeast and a great procedure of Northeast making for the outside world.
