“大包干”发源地的安徽省小岗村曾经因为“大包干”而一年跨过温饱线,而后二十八年难进富裕门,其中的缘由到底何在?在社会主义新农村建设的今天,小岗村到底如何发展?可以说,这些问题牵动了全国亿万人民的心。文章剖析了小岗村发展的病症所在,并分析了小岗村的正确发展道路。
Xiaogang village, the seedbed of ＂all-round responsibility system＂, gave one year to step over the line of subsistent level.However, for the following 28 years, she has been wandering beyond the gate of wealth all along.
