Exploring the Coorperation Model of Enterprise Standard of Higher Education between Universities and Enterprises

我国高等教育长期受计划经济的影响,招生计划政府造,学校专业政府定,学校教材专家编,专业教学中的理论教学和实践教学往往难以融为一体,学校与企业之间互不沟通,学校与企业距离越来越大,人才供应与需求矛盾越来越突出。切实开展校企合作,建立校企间良好有效的合作机制,既是国际教学发展的成功经验,也是破解我国高校教学弊端的一剂良方。可以说校企合作是时代的召唤,是高教尤其是高等职业教育发展的趋势。

Regularly influenced by the planned economy, the higher education of China has presented a difficult situation in which the enrolment project and the university disciplines have been formulated by the government while the teaching materials have been compiled by the specialists. The theory has hardly been integrated with practice in professional teaching, while the universities have little chance to cooperate with enterprises,etc, which inevitably results in more and more glaring contradictions between the talent offer and demand. Therefore, we should establish the cooperative mechanisms between the universities and enterprises, which is not only the successful experience gained in the development of the internstional teaching,but the effective prescription for malpractices in our higher college teaching. This is also the general trend of the development of higher education,especially of the high vocational education.
