Clinical Study of 67 Cases of Macro-invasive Pituitary Adenoma

回顾性分析67例巨大型侵袭性垂体腺瘤。临床症状以内分泌紊乱、头痛、视力视野损害为主,CT检查和MR的表现特殊。各种手术治疗,全切除加次全切除率为61.2％,以扩大前颅底硬膜外入路及经额入路的效果较好。

Sixty seven cases of macro-invasive pituitary adenomas were reported. The symptoms included endocrinal disorders. The mean CT value was 52. 2 Hu with manifest contrast. In imaging, the tumors showed high or mixed intensity in T2 power. The tumors were removed through 6 approaches. The enlarged subfrontal extradural approach and transfrontal approach were more efficient. 61. 2% of the tumors were radically or subtotally removed, 17. 9% of the cases had postoperative complications, and 1 case died 1 year after surgery.
