摘要
焊接复合钢板时,对焊接接头的坡口形式有特殊要求,若坡口形式不当,当先焊接基层时,焊缝金属中可能熔入复层合金元素导致基层焊缝脆化;当先焊接复层时,焊缝金属中可能熔化基层使焊缝金属稀释,降低复层的耐蚀性。采用台阶式坡口形式,使基层和复层的焊接截然分开,避免第一道焊缝金属的互熔,是防止上述问题发生的最好措施。文中对原图样设计的焊接接头坡口形式存在的问题进行了分析,将改进后的台阶式坡口形式应用在设备的焊接上,取得了良好的效果。
The procedure welding alloy clad steel plate is different from welding solid metal. It must be designed to maintain the integrity of corrosion resistance of the alloy cladding as well as the strength of the steel substrate. It is important to avoid penetration of the cladding by the first welding pass as dilution of nickel and other alloyed elements into the steel weld that can cause excessive hardness and cracking. Also, the penetration of the cladding with the steel weld compromises the corrosion resistance of the cladding. The "strip-back" joint configuration can solve the problem. The main advantage of the "strip-back" method is that it eliminates the possibility of the mutual fusion of deposited metals. After a discovery of the joint design disadvantage existing in the original pattern, improvement has been made on welding specification. The application of "strip-back"joint technique to welding equipment has achieved satisfactory results.
