摘要
依据流体力学和振动学的基本原理,建立物料在水平圆振动干燥机中的运行方程,得出物料在单层孔板上运行周期及时间表达式。并通过该方程的电算方法得到物料运行任意位置所需时间,经实际验证模拟值与实测值吻合较好。
The equations of the material in the horizontally circle vibrating drier according to basic theory of hydrodynamic and vibration was established, and then the operating period and time expression of the material on the single hole panel of drier were obtained. According to equations we erect model on the computer and simulate operating time of the material in the random position of the drier. The simulation data can joint very well with practical ones.
