摘要
影响刀屑之间摩擦的因素非常多,摩擦状况很难确定。为了研究摩擦对切削加工的影响,利用有限元分析软件,模拟了不同摩擦系数下直角切削加工过程,得出摩擦系数增大,变形系数增加,切削温度升高,已加工表面残余应力增大,减小切削中的摩擦有利提高金属切削加工质量,延长刀具的使用寿命。
There are many factors which affect the friction status is very difficult to confirm, In order to study the friction how between tools and chips. The friction affects the cutting process, this paper used the FEM analysis software to simulate the orthogonal cutting process with different friction coefficient. It can be draw conclusions that the residual stresses of machincd surface are increasing with the raising of friction coefficient, the adding of deformation coefficient, the increasing of cutting temperature. The reduction of friction of cutting can do benefit for improving the machining quality and prolonging the working life of tools.
