摘要
通过对皮革行业现状的分析,将真空机制引入皮革转鼓的设计,并根据皮革湿加工的工作原理,真空条件下湿加工过程的反应特点,以及对加工过程影响因素的分析,对此设备的结构进行了优化设计。结果表明,这种新型的转鼓具有生产效率高,加工质量稳定,使用范围广等优点。
Through the analysis for the present situation of leather industry, introduced the vacuum mechanism to the design of leather drum, according to the principle of leather wet processing, the response characteristic of wet processing under the condition of vacuum, and analyzed the influencing factors in the processing process, carried on the optimized design for the drum structure. The result showed. the new leather drum has many merits.for example, high production efficiency, stable processing quality, and wide usage and so on.
