Analysing of Let-Off and Comparison of Four Predicting Methods in Raschel Warp Knitting

本文对消极式送经对织物组织结构的影响进行了详细的分析和研究。在进行大量实验的基础上,对四种经编送经预估方法及实测送经量进行了相互比较,提出了缩小拉舍尔经编送经预估误差的建议。

Negative let-off motion is different from positive one. The fabric structure has anobvious effect on the let-off of raschel warp knitting machine with negative let-off motionwhich is throughly analysed in this paper. On the basis of a large number of experiments, thelet-off data of four predicting methods are compared with the measured values. The suggestionthat the error of let-off prediction can be reduced is advanced and will be helpful to theraschel warp knitting production.
