摘要
我国古代海盐生产技术主要有两种:明代之前的淋煎法和元代开始兴起的滩晒法,目前学界对淋煎法的起源问题迄无定论。近年在鲁北沿海发掘了一处西周时期的制盐遗址,获得了一批有价值的实物资料和分析数据。由此,对淋煎法的起源及生产技术流程问题可以获得一些启示。
There were two main techniques for sea salt making in ancient China: pouring-boiling technique before Ming Dynasty and beaching-solarization beginning in Yuan Dynasty. At present, to the origin of the question of pouring-boiling technique, academe has not any verdict. In recent years, scientists achived some valuable practical material and analysed data from a salt making site of Western Zhou that was excavated at coast in northern Lu. So, we shall get inspiration from the original problem of pouring-boiling technique.
