摘要
本文分析了当前评价浆纱质量的指标:增强率、减伸率、耐磨值、粘附力、成膜性能、毛羽率等。认为这些指标不能充分反映织造对经纱的要求,难以指导生产。作者提出运用耐磨与毛羽变化率的综合评价方法能较好地体现浆纱的实际织造性能,所得到的适宜上浆率与实际生产经验一致。
This paper has analysed the quality indexes of sized warp yarns for weaving. Up to now,they are including such these as improved strength, reduced stretch, resistance abrasion,adhesion, lilm-forming property and hairiness, etc. It is belived that these indexes can notadequately make obvious the requirements on sized warp yarns for weaving, so that they arehardly to be used to guide weaving production directly. It is suggested that a composite indexof wearability in combination with changing hairiness of warp yarns for weavingis preferredto those above-mentioned indexes. In addition, this paper has developed a suitable add-onfor sizing warp yarns, that is well in agreement with production practices.
