一、越南证券市场的建立与前5年的发展
随着越南的市场化改革进程，越南政府积极推动国有企业的经营体制向公司化与股份化发展。为了实行多种经济成分，有效动员国内资金、劳力和资源，越南开始设立本国的资本市场体系。2000年7月，胡志明市证券交易中心正式运行，从而使越南成为东盟10国中第七个开辟证券市场的国家。
After 6 years developing, the stock market of Vietnam has achieved great improvements. Especially in the year of 2006, the Vietnam government took a series of actions to accelerate stock market construction. This article makes a description of the history and the present situation of the market, making some comments on its developing.
