家族癌21例

Family cancer: a report of 21 cases

报告２１例祖孙三代家族中５３人罹患癌症的家族癌病例，其中鼻咽癌２５人，食道癌５人，乳腺癌、肝癌各４人，胃癌、肺癌各３人，上颌窦癌、肾癌、直肠癌、子宫颈癌、喉癌、骨肉瘤、卵巢癌、恶性黑色素瘤和急性淋巴细胞性白血病各１人。通过复习文献，认为家族癌的致病因素可能与环境、个体易感性和遗传等因素密切相关。

In 21 cases of family cancer that 53 people suffered from cancer for three generations, among which 25 people suffered from the nasopharynx, 5 from esophagus cancer, 4 from mammary cancer, 4 from liver cancer, 3 from carcinoma of stomach, 3 from pulmonary carcinoma, one from carcinoma of maxillary sinus, one from carcinoma of kidney, one from rectal carcinoma, one from carcinoma of uterine cervix, one from laryngocarcinoma, one from osteosarcoma, one from oophoroma, one from melanocarcinoma, and one from acute lymphatic leukemia. The published documents showed that the cause may closely relate to the circumstances, individual sensitivity and heredity.
