急性心肌梗塞心电图超急期诊断5例报告

ECG diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction in hyperacid period

对５例急性心肌梗塞超急期心电图进行分析。首次心电图基本符合Ｓｃｈａｍｒｏｔｈ标准，及时认识此期心电图的变化，对早期心肌梗塞的诊断、治疗和预后均有重要的临床意义。

The ECG from five patients with acute myocardial infarction in hyperacid period were analyzed. The ECG mainly accorded with Schamroth standard at the first time. Knowing the changes of ECG in this period had fundamental clinical significance in diagnosing, treating and prognosing the myocardial infarction in the early stage.
