摘要
根据JJF1059-1999对磷钒钼黄光度法测定硅酸盐中五氧化二磷的不确定度作了评定,对影响测定结果的各不确定度来源进行了分析,对测量结果的不确定度进行了评定和表述。
The uncertainty of phosphorus pentoxide analysis in silicate using phosphorus vanadium molybdenum yellow spectrophotometery was assessed acoording to JJF1059 - 1999. The uncertainty source which would influence the analysis result was discussed. Then a uncertainty evaluation was made to the result.
