摘要
本文讨论了改性剂参加共缩聚反应的机理及其加速聚合反应的原因。从两种改性聚酯的表征参数及其纤维的性能测试结果表明,改性后聚酯的热性能及其纤维的力学性能变化不大,单环氧化合物改性的聚酯纤维染色性明显改善,双环氧化合物改性聚酯在改性剂加入0.6mol%时表现出明显的交联结构的作用。结构测试的结果表明,改性纤维晶区与普通PET纤维基本相同,非晶区有序程度明显下降。
In this article were discussed the reaction mechanism of the effect of modifying agent to thecondensation and the reason, of increasing the speed of reaction. The character parameter and thetesting results for the property of the modified polyester fibres showed that the variance was notlarge for the thermal and mechanical properties of the modified polyester fibres, and the dye-ing property was varied evidently when mono-epoxy compound was used as the modifing agent,and when the polyester fibre was modified with 0.6 mol% diepoxy compound an evident cross-linked reaction was present. The results of structural testing indicated that the crystallinitypart of the modified polyester fibre was same as that of the ordinary PET fibre, but the orderextent of the amorphous region was evidently decreased.
