摘要
针对旋流管式空气滤清器作为车辆的空气预滤器,在发动机部分负荷下存在旋流管过滤效率低的情况,提出了两种提高旋流管在发动机非设计工况时过滤效率的技术措施:预滤器进气自适应调节技术和抽尘自适应调节技术。通过利用这两种自动调节技术,使旋流管式预滤器在发动机的全工况范围内都工作在设计范围以内,进而保证高效过滤,解决车辆在非设计工况时因为预滤器的过滤效率低而造成的发动机空气滤清器维护保养周期短,影响动力性等问题。
To improve the efficiency of cyclonic tube filter for the air pretreatment for vehicle engines, two technical methods are put forward in this paper. One is self-adapting adjustment technique at the air intake panel of cyclonic tube in different engine working conditions. Another is dust-extracting self-adapting technique. Using these two self-adapting techniques, the cyclonic tube will work in the design range in various engine working conditions and therefore solve the problems caused by low efficiency of the cyclonic tube, such as short maintenance time, bad power performance, etc.
