新城疫强毒河南株分离鉴定及二价油乳剂灭活苗研制

Isolation and identification of high virulent Newcastle Disease virus in Henan and manufacture of a divalent oil emulsion killed vaccine against Newcastle disease.

从河南豫北某蛋鸡场病死鸡中分离出1株病毒,经HA试验、HI试验、回归试验确认所分离毒株为新城疫病毒,经对分离株的MDT、ICPI的测定表明该分离株为新城疫强毒。用新城疫Lasota株和分离株制备成新城疫二价油乳剂灭活苗。在河南一些种鸡场和蛋鸡场应用,获得了满意的效果,有效地控制了新城疫的发生和流行。

One strain virus was isolated from affected layer chickens and characterized as Newcastle virus by hemagglutlnation, hemagglutlonatlon-inhibition test, morphologic examination and regression test. The virus was highly virulent with mean death time （MDT） of embryos and intracerebral pathogenicity （ICPC） test. Ivalent oil emulsion killed vaccine which was made by ND Lasota attenuated strain and ND local strain has manufactured and applied on some breeding chicken farms in He nan, the result showed that it was satisfactory and effective putting Newcastle disease.
