丙烯酸丁酯改性硅油的合成与性能 被引量:4

Synthesis and properties of poly(methylsiloxane)modified by butyl acrylate

摘要 以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和含氢硅油(PHMS)为原料,制得了兼有二者性能的丙烯酸丁酯改性硅油.用FT-IR和1H-NMR表征了聚合物的结构.用回归分析方法研究了聚合物黏温性能、表面性能与PHMS含氢质量分数和黏度的关系.结果表明:PHMS的含氢质量分数对聚合物性能影响比其黏度的影响显著,且PHMS含氢质量分数和黏度越小,聚合物的性能越佳;在PHMS含氢质量分数为0.130%,黏度为15.5 mm2/s时,产物的黏度指数(VI)为414,黏温系数(VTC)为0.61,表面张力(ST)为22.0 mN/m;二元回归方程有效地预测了聚合物的VI、VTC和ST的值. Poly( methylsiloxane )modified by butyl acrylate had properties of both butyl acrylate and poly( methylsiloxane ), which was prepared with butyl acrylate (BA) and poly(methylhydrosiloxane) (PHMS). The structure of product was characterized by FT-IR and ^1H-NMR. The relation of viscosity index ( VI) , viscosity-temperature coefficient ( VTC ) and surface tension (ST) of product with viscosity and hydrogen mass fraction of PHMS was analyzed by regular regression. The result indicates that hydrogen mass fraction of PHMS is much effective than viscosity of PHMS on the product. The smaller the viscosity and hydrogen mass fraction of PHMS are, the better the properties of product are, and VI is 414, VTC is 0. 61 and ST is 22.0 mN/m. The regression equations effectively calculate the value of VI, VTC and ST for the product.
