苜蓿多糖的研究进展

The research progress on alfalfa polysaccharides

苜蓿多糖是有生物活性的多糖之一,具有增强免疫力、降血脂、降血糖、抗辐射等药理活性。对苜蓿多糖的测定和提取工艺作了简单的介绍,同时也介绍了苜蓿多糖的理化特性和近几年在动物试验中的研究结果,最后探讨分析了苜蓿多糖发展存在的问题和发展前景。

Alfalfa polysaccbarides is one of the bio-active compositions and have lots of medical value, such as strengthening immune system reducing blood-lipid and blood sugar, radio-protection, etc. The measurement, extraction techniques, their physical and chemical characteristics, as well as resent research progress on animal trial of alfalfa polysaccharides were introduced and discussed in this paper. Exiting problems and development prospect were also analyzed.
