生长调节剂对白三叶种子产量及产量构成要素的影响 被引量:24

摘要 以海法白三叶Trifolium repenscv.Haifa为研究对象,于2004年3-6月在云南省种羊场进行了生长调节剂对白三叶种子产量和产量构成要素的影响研究。试验选择多效唑和矮壮素2种生长调节剂,每种设3个浓度梯度,采用随机区组设计,研究结果表明:2种生长调节剂处理均降低了白三叶的冠层高度,增加了花梗长度。使用多效唑可增加单位面积花序数、每花序小花数和单粒种子重。使用矮壮素可增加每花序小花数、每花序荚果数及单粒种子重。多效唑有效浓度为1.0 kg/hm2的处理获得最大实际种子产量,为691.9 kg/hm2,产量提高29.4%。矮壮素有效浓度为0.15 kg/hm2的处理实际种子产量最大,为650.3kg/hm2,产量提高21.6%。 Effects of growth regulator on seed yield and yield components of white clover Haifa was studied in Yunnan Sheep Breeding Farm from March to June 2004. Three concentrations of Paclobutrazol and chlormequat were designed randomly. The results showed that paclobutrazol and chlormequat decreased the height of white clover and increased the length of peduncle. The number of inflorescence per unit, floret number per inflorescence and individual seed weight were increased by applying paclobutrazol, and floret number per inflorescence, pod number per inflorescence and individual seed weight were increased by chlormequat. The highest seed yield of 691.9 kg/hm^2 and 650.3 kg/hm^2 was harvested at the concentration of 1. 0 kg/hm^2 of paclobutrazol and 0. 15 kg/hm^2 of chlormequat, increased 29.4% and 21.6%, respectively.
