Through analyzing and comparing the design technique conditions of air-conditioning and ventilation systems of domestic and foreign surface naval ships, this paper provides some aspects that still need to be improved, the solution approaches, the goal of optimized design, and development prospect for air-conditioning and ventilation systems of domestic surface naval ships.
