金融监管模式的国际比较与经验借鉴

The International Comparison and Empirical Learning of Financial Supevision Mode

随着金融业混业经营和金融全球化的深入发展,分业监管模式已不适应我国金融业的发展。通过比较英、美、德、日四国金融监管模式,结合我国目前金融监管中存在的问题,认为我国目前应建立统一的金融监管体制,并给出了建立统一监管模式的途径建议。

Along with the deep development of mixed operation of the finance industry and financial globalization,the dividing supervision mode already does not adapt our country financial industry development.Through comparing financial supervision modes of English,American,Germany,Japanese,and combined the problems which exists in our country on financial supervising and regulating at present,the author proposes we should establish mixing supervision in our country.At last, some suggestions about how to establish mixing supervision were made for reference.
