基于股权分置改革过程中出现的各种方案,将方案分为对价水平确定和各种对价安排的执行方式两个部分分析,总结了各种对价确定方法,并将对价方法分成确定改革方案实施后的股票价格和确定对价比率两个步骤研究,计算了对价执行方式之间的相互转换,且统计列举的公司方案所应用的确定改革方案实施后的股票价格的方法和具体的对价执行方式,为比较各种方案提供方便。
