Discussion on Production Condition of Electric Insulating Polyester Nonwovens

本文主要从原材料和工艺过程两方面对电绝缘聚酯非织布的制造进行探讨。通过差示扫描量热(DSC)等手段,分析了涤纶纤维和热粘结聚酯纤维在聚集态结构上的差异以及在非织布形成过程中的作用和变化。对气流成网和热轧成型的机理进行了论述,并对生产过程中工艺参数的优化进行了探讨。

This paper discusses about the production of electric insulating nonwoven polyester fab-ric, mainly in two respects-raw material and technological process. It analysis the differencesin aggregation state structure between Dacron fibre and heat bonded polyester fibre, and theirfunctions and change in the process of forming nonwoven fabric. It also deals with the mecha-nism of fibre forming web by air flow and fibre-fused calendering, and the optimization oftechnological parameter in the production.
