Research on Culture Construction of Private Enterprises

企业文化建设对民营企业成长及发展至关重要。分析了我国民营企业在企业文化建设方面的现状和存在的问题,就如何加快民营企业文化建设的步伐和建设独具特色的企业文化提出了一些相应的对策。

Construction of enterprlse＇s culture is extreme important for an enterprise＇s growth and developing. This article analyzed the present situation and existent＇ problems of most of our nongovernmental enterprises in constructing the enterprise cuhule, and proposed some countermeasures to expedite the step of construction of nongovernmental enterprises＇ culture and to build up unique enterprise culture.
