地方师范院校研究生管理机制探析

Analysis of Postgraduate Management Mechanism in Local Normal University

近年来全国各大高校的研究生招生规模与培养类型日益增加,这必然给高校原有的研究生管理机制提出新的挑战。从分析地方师范院校研究生管理所面临的机遇和挑战入手,明确其办学定位,摆正管理问题,着重从管理框架建构、主要实施途径、保障机制三方面来探讨适合于地方师范院校的二级研究生管理机制,以推动地方师范院校现有研究生管理水平的提升。

Recently, the postgraduate enrolment and raise type in most universities in our country has grown rapidly; therefore, it is bound to challenge the original postgraduate administration model. The opportunities and challenges, which the postgraduate management of local normal colleges face, are analyzed, the localization of the school is made clear, and the administration problem is rectified. From the aspects of the administration frame construction, main implementation way and safeguard system, two levels of postgraduate administration, which fit to the local normal colleges, are discussed, in order to promote its administration level.
